  • Supplied with timber frame.
  • Frame fitted with rubber draught excluder to prevent heat loss.
  • White Faced 20mm polystyrene insulated trap door.
  • 3 Sections fold onto trap door so no inside loft clearance required.
  • Good catch for easy opening and closing.

This loft ladder has a maximum load limit of 150kg or 23.6 stone MAX- BS:EN:14975: 2006. Customers are given a complete demonstration to ensure safe use of the fitted ladders.
