Ladder Specifications:

  • Supplied complete with timber frame.
  • Fully (36mm thick) insulated trap door. Trap door sealed to prevent heat loss and downward draughts
  • Ladder made of high quality Scandinavian Spruce for durability, strength and appearence.
  • Good catch for easy opening and closing.
  • Ladder sections 'sit' on trap door so no inside loft clearance is required.
  • White surface trap door to blend with decor.

 

Safety Information:
This loft ladder has a maximum load limit of 150kg or 23.6 stone MAX- BS:EN:14975: 2006. Customers are given a complete demonstration to ensure safe use of the fitted ladders.
