Ladder Specifications:

  • Frame fitted with rubber draught excluder to prevent heat loss and draught
  • Trap door made to sandwich construction with full 50mm polystyrene insulation
  • White faced trap door (3mm masonite on inside and outside surfaces) to blend with existing decor
  • Spring counter balancing system for smooth and effortless operation
  • Simple height adjustment
  • Ladder sections ‘sit' on trap door, no loft clearance required
  • Complete with moulded architrave

This loft ladder has a maximum load limit of 150kg or 23.6 stone MAX- BS:EN:14975: 2006. Customers are given a complete demonstration to ensure safe use of the fitted ladders.
